If you plan on building the lower from the ground up then I’d look at the M4E1 lower from Aero. Features. I, like you, have assembled more than a half dozen Anderson lowers with zero issues. I have used both Andersen and PSA parts kits to do so. I have also purchased a couple of PSA complete uppers, also with zero issues. Some people just believe that expensive means quality and inexpensive means cheap. MILSPEC people.

I assume the lower receiver parts in the PSA pistol kit will fit a standard PSA lower. I don't want to advertise PSA or any other manufacturer, so I'm interested in the "Stealth" rcvr.

Nice review OP as I have been on the fence on purchasing another Colt LE6920 or trying a PSA premium M4 carbine. I still am on the fence.
